Neurodiversity is one of the most talked about, and least understood, topics in graduate recruitment today. If you have ever wondered how to move from good intentions to practical action, this session is for you.

The SAGEA team is excited to invite you to a specially curated learning event on Neurodiversity in the Workplace. We have had this topic on our radar for some time, and wanted to be sure we brought you the right expertise to address it properly. It is a critical, and often sensitive, subject that deserves more than a surface level conversation.

Employers in the UK are considerably further along this journey than most of us in South Africa, and there is a clear appetite among our members to close that gap. That is why we have partnered with the team from Ambitious about Autism, specialists in neurodivergent inclusion, to lead this session.

    In 90 minutes, you will:

    • Build a fundamental understanding of neurodivergence through the four areas of difference neurodivergent people experience.
    • Explore the real barriers neurodivergent candidates and employees face across recruitment, onboarding, and the workplace.
    • Leave with practical strategies and tools you can start applying immediately to support graduates through these barriers.
