We have had this topic on our radar for some time, and wanted to be sure we brought you the right expertise to address it properly. It is a critical, and often sensitive, subject that deserves more than a surface level conversation.
Employers in the UK are considerably further along this journey than most of us in South Africa, and there is a clear appetite among our members to close that gap. That is why we have partnered with the team from Ambitious about Autism, specialists in neurodivergent inclusion, to lead this session.

Alison Elliott is an Education Training Consultant at Ambitious about Autism, the national charity supporting autistic children and young people and their families. She has a background in teaching and leadership in both mainstream education and alternative provision settings, as well as extensive training experience and lived experience of neurodivergence. Her work focuses on strengthening inclusive practice in both education settings and workplaces through the delivery of training and tailored consultation.
